the bradberry family

When Anna Kate wakes up in the mornings, I always go get her and bring her to our bed for awhile. We all love this time together! She especially loves to crawl through the blankets and play with the remote. Here are some cute pictures I shot a couple days ago.

Our baby girl is now nine months old and seems to change before our eyes! She has learned quite a bit in the last month. She has crawling and pulling up on things down to an art! Now when she pulls up on something she turns around and lets go! Sometimes she can stand on her own for a few seconds. That girl wants to walk so bad! She also has started saying her first words... Da-Da was her first and favorite word. She also says Bel-Bluh (for Bella and all other animals for that matter). In the past couple days I've noticed her saying Ba-Ba to all her baby dolls and even to baby Wil. So I think we can add that one to the list as well. Try as I might I cannot get her to say Ma-Ma... oh well. She has a grand total of four teeth now and can bite like you would not believe! She is eating more and more finger foods and table foods. Cheerios are one of the only things that will make her sit still for more than a few minutes! She loves drinking water, and we learned that she likes sippy cups with straws in them the best! Chris and I talk at least once a day about how our baby is growing. Can't wait to see what the next month brings!

Anna Kate's great grandparents have been in town for over a week, and she has been loving every minute of it! She has been spoiled rotten this week with new clothes, toys, and attention. We have really enjoyed our time with Grandmama and Grandpapa.

We got to meet yet another sweet new baby today! Is'nt he cute?Our very special friends Chad and Ashley welcomed their baby boy Jackson into the world today. He adds to the growing list of Anna Kate's very best friends! Anna Kate was very sad, but we has to leave her with her uncle and great-grandparents while we went to see Jackson. She is recovering from a cold, so we did not want to get her arond the new baby. We look forward to introding them soon! It is amazing to think about how many of our friends have had babies and/or are pregnant in a little over a year! This is a crazy time of life! Chad is another special friend, as we have known him for about 13 years! He has always been a great friend to us and we love Ashley so much too! Ashley was taking a much deserved shower when we went to visit, but word on the street said she did wonderful with labor and delivery! We can't wait to see our two children together in their many playdates to come!

We finally got a video up! This is Anna Kate showing off her crawling and pulling up "skills." I especially have my Aunt Pam and Courtney in mind when posting this. We miss sharing all her new developments with them so much! This was taken right before Anna Kate's bedtime... she is usually much better at pulling up. Walking is not far... wow they do grow up so fast!
